Help Centre

Play should stay fun, which is why your account includes tools for controlling time and spending. Change these settings whenever you need to. For outside support, contact the Responsible Gambling Council, Gamblers Anonymous, ConnexOntario or the YMCA Youth Gambling Awareness Program.

How does the welcome bonus work?

Deposit C$20 or more to get a deposit match up to C$3,000 plus 200 free spins with no wagering. Bonus funds carry 50x wagering, table games contribute 8%, and about 50 slots do not count toward wagering. No wagering applies to your own deposited cash.

How are your games checked for fairness?

Our games come from established studios such as NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and Evolution. These studios have their random number generators tested by independent labs before games go live.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected], include your username and briefly describe the issue. We reply to the email address on your account.

How does Cold Lake Rewards work?

Real-money play earns loyalty points in your account. Those points convert into Tier Credits with a partner resort programme covering hotels, restaurants and shows.

Are there any fees?

No. We charge nothing on deposits or cash-outs, but your bank or wallet provider may apply its own charges.

What limits apply to withdrawals?

The smallest withdrawal is C$20. The largest is C$5,000 per Interac transaction and C$50,000 by bank transfer.

What documents are needed, and at what point?

We check your identity and home address before you make your first deposit. Have a valid government-issued photo ID on hand, plus a recent document showing your current address. Some payments need extra checks, and then we may ask for more documents.
